freezer salsa

Salsa

about 10 ripe tomatoes
2 medium yellow onions
1 T. oil
8 cloves chopped garlic
1 can diced green chiles
2 green or red peppers, chopped
11 oz. tomato paste
4 cups white or cider vinegar (or lime juice)
1 T. paprika
2 tsp. sugar or honey
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cook to boiling, simmer a while, cool and then freeze.
